1. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and availability of stock. Miliyah Co is not liable for any delays caused by postal or courier services. Miliyah Co will not be responsible for any lost parcels that we do not ship. Lost parcels or unreceived parcels will not be eligible for any return, refund, or exchange.
2. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Instead of a refund, we will issue store credit that can be used to purchase other products from our store. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty, in which case a full refund will be provided, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
Please Note: Returns or Exchanges are NOT Allowed for the Following:
* Change of mind
* Earrings due to hygiene purposes
* Sets containing earrings
* FINAL SALE items (i.e. products priced at 40% discount and above)
* Chain breakage, damaged, or gently faded products (please refer to our care instructions)
* Personalisation
* Apparel
All items purchased are not refundable. If you have received the wrong or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Note on Earrings: Due to the nature of the metal we use for our earring posts, it is normal for them to get slightly bent during transit. Rest assured that your jewels are not damaged—gently push the post back to its original position to re-align the earring.
Returned Product Requirements:
* Returned products must be unworn, unsoiled, and in their original condition, accompanied by the original packaging.
* Products damaged through improper handling are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
* Products returned are subject to evaluation and will not qualify for a refund or exchange if they do not meet the required conditions.
* A restocking fee per unit and shipping costs will apply.
If you are required to ship items back to us, please use a trackable shipping service of your choice and retain the tracking number for your records.
Refunds: Please note that refunds can only be issued via store credit. This will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned items.
